On March 10, 2025, the individual was released from Lakeside to Ms. Crosby. I drove to Ms. Crosby’s to ensure this was a good placement. Ms. Crosby showed me the room and the rest of the home. The home was very clean and properly maintained. The home was in the country, which was enjoyable. I have never seen the individual so happy Everyone I spoke to at Ms. Crosby was happy to see and be a part of his new family.
